Glazy.org Glazes

Ben Belknap has been teaching Glaze Technology classes since 2010. In addition to making glazes for his own ceramic artwork he also makes custom glazes for artists and companies.

In 2003 he received his bachelor’s degree from The California College of Arts and Crafts. For over 10 years he was the glaze Production Manager at Leslie Ceramic Supply where he was in charge of all aspects of glaze development and production. He has been teaching glaze technology at the Academy of Art University since 2010 and he also teaches general adult ceramics classes at Studio One Art Center in Oakland.
